Shareholders who own at least one share of stock who are listed in the shareholder registry and actual shareholder registry as of December 31 will receive their coupons in early April (after the general shareholders' meeting at the end of March). Settlement When does the fiscal year end? December 31. General Shareholders' Meeting When is the general shareholders' meeting held? The annual shareholders' meeting is held in late March. How are voting proxies handled? We will send an invitation to the general shareholders' meeting and a voting proxy form to all shareholders listed in the shareholder registry at the end of the shareholders' meeting basis date.
